Mechanical Engineering Analysis and Functional Simulation
For analysis of mechanical engineering components, we use the Pro/MECHANICA® suite of
simulations tools (Structure, Thermal
and Motion) from PTC.
These
gives us the ability to undertake sophisticated static, vibration,
thermal, dynamic and motion studies. We
hold PTC's Certified Engineering Provider
status in the use of these tools.

companies without analysis capability of their own and save them

companies who require immediate access to professional analysis

difficult problems and provide expert advice and support.

Our engineering expertise and
experience means that we can go beyond simple analysis and offer a full
engineering problem solving capability.

We can model geometry for the
analysis or alternatively, the customer’s CAD model can be
imported, directly if modelled in Pro/ENGINEER®, or by IGES if made
in another system.

Our analysis service also includes traditional stress
analysis using classical formulae and tables. Whilst this approach is
restrictive compared with computer based techniques, it is often a
requirement, particularly for validation and for providing proof of
structural integrity.
