To Contact PTC Customer Support

Elite Consulting will be happy to help you in the first instance, if you call 01604 621221. However any questions that require access to PTC’s knowledge database are best addressed direct to PTC, as you will then obtain the best benefit from your maintenance contract (and it is what you are paying for). 

PTC has an excellent web site at http://www.ptc.com/support/index.htm . You need to register with them to gain access in the first instance. 

Alternatively you can call PTC Customer Support from anywhere in the EU on 00-800-78-24-43-57. (Acronym 00 800 PTC 4 HELP) 

You will need your details to hand.

The main information that you will need to give is either 

a Config ID for one of your software licences, 

(You can find this by clicking on Help>About Pro/Engineer when you are using Pro/E for earlier versions), or

a Service Contract Number

This is issued by PTC to every company that has a Maintenance contract with them. You can obtain this from PTC Customer Support, (but you will need to give them a Config ID initially), or for Wildfire by clicking on Help>About Pro/Engineer when you are using Pro/E.

To access the Customer Support area of the PTC web site (which is well worth doing), you will need to set up an initial account with a password.

Then you can just log in using your password after that.
